The work included in this single offering empowers you with:

• Clarity around messages held in your body (energy session) so you are able to understand the wisdom and guidance your body has for you at this time in your life.

• Strategies and tools for integration that enable you to implement new ways of being true to your full unapologetic self.      

• Identify patterns and messages coming from Spirit and your guides, trying to communicate with you and bring you guidance. 

If you are making an appointment for an in person or online session, it begins with you contacting me to book a session.

During our contact, I will collect a bit of information from you, and schedule our meeting time.

Online session bookings include:

Pre-session: 45min-1hr

• Distance energy work on a table (massage table.) 

• Details of this portion of the booking will be explained to you during our initial contact. 

• I will compile the messages I receive along with messages from other divination tools to guide our work together online.

Online Meeting 1 hour

• Online connection to discuss the experience of the table session. 

• Co-create meaning with the messages received. 

• Follow up with an email/Google document with the information discussed.
